• We offer color consultations if you need additional assistance.

2. Set Up

• All furnishings and pictures will be moved and protected. Floors are covered and protected with plastic, paper or drop cloths.
• All plates, light covers, vents, etc. are protected.

3. Preparation

• Based on your estimate, we will fill holes and cracks in walls and ceilings, seal stains and scuff-sand surfaces. All drywall will be patched and sanded as needed and reinspected before final coats are applied .
• When painting wood surfaces, all wood trim will be caulked where the wood trim meets the walls using Sherwin Williams Premium Latex Caulk.
• All previously painted glossy surfaces will be lightly sanded and cleaned to guarantee proper paint adhesion.

4. Painting

• We prime repaired areas and apply premium quality paint to a uniform finish.

5. Clean Up

• All areas, upon completion, will be cleaned-up and any debris will be taken away.
• All protected areas such as light covers, vents, furnishings, etc., will be put back in place.
• Leftover paint will be labeled and left with homeowner for future touch-ups.

2. Wash

• All areas scheduled for staining or painting will be pressure washed or hand washed if necessary, to remove dirt and mildew.

3. Preparation

• Remove or cover exterior lighting to protect.
• Grounds and plants will be covered.

4. Surface Preparation

• Remove loose, peeling and flaky paint by scraping and sanding as needed.
• We use orbital machine sanders, grinders and hand scrapers to remove all loose paint.
• Feather sand as needed to provide smoother surfaces making paint voids less visible. This will improve the look of the wood where old paint has peeled away.
• Remove failing caulk and replace with new as needed. This is of major importance throughout the house where clapboard meets the vertical trim boards.
• Scuff sand and clean glossy surfaces and trim. This will help ensure proper paint adhesion.

5. Painting

• We prime as needed and apply premium quality paint for a uniform finish.

6. Clean Up

• Uncover all protected areas.
• Leftover paint will be labeled and left with homeowner for future touch-ups.

7. Inspection

• At completion, our trained project manager will carefully inspect all surfaces to ensure our quality standard has been met.
• After our own inspection, we will invite you on a detailed walk-through of our work, and ask you to complete the feedback report card for the crew.
